Returns Window
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return. Returns beyond this period cannot be accepted.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return, items must meet all criteria:
- Unused and in original condition
- Complete with all accessories and tags
- In original packaging (undamaged)
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software/products
- Final sale/discontinued items
- Items damaged through customer misuse
Refund Process
- We inspect returns within 3-5 business days of receipt.
- Notification of approval/denial sent via email.
- Approved refunds processed within 7 business days.
- Credit issued to original payment method.
Late or Missing Refunds
- Check with your bank (allow 5 business days).

Special Cases
Sale Items
Discounted items are final sale and ineligible for returns.
Exchanges
We only replace defective/damaged items. Initiate exchanges at: info@besafegps.com.au
Gifts
- Gift purchases: Refund issued as a gift certificate.
- Non-gift purchases: Refund goes to the original purchaser.
