Returns Window

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return. Returns beyond this period cannot be accepted.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return, items must meet all criteria:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • Complete with all accessories and tags
  • In original packaging (undamaged)
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software/products
  • Final sale/discontinued items
  • Items damaged through customer misuse

Refund Process

  1. We inspect returns within 3-5 business days of receipt.
  2. Notification of approval/denial sent via email.
  3. Approved refunds processed within 7 business days.
  4. Credit issued to original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds

  1. Check with your bank (allow 5 business days).
  2. Contact your credit card provider.

Special Cases

Sale Items

Discounted items are final sale and ineligible for returns.

Exchanges

We only replace defective/damaged items. Initiate exchanges at: info@besafegps.com.au

Gifts

  • Gift purchases: Refund issued as a gift certificate.
  • Non-gift purchases: Refund goes to the original purchaser.
